I have been a math tutor for over 15+ years. I started as a student in the Math Corps program which allowed me to be a TA where I helped tutor two students at a time during a summer program at Wayne State University. Since then I outsourced my services to many families and homes within the Metro-Detroit area. I am a native Spanish speaker, I grew up learning Spanish in the home as I am Venezuelan and black. In addition my mother felt it important for me to understand how to speak, read and write the language so because of this I have taken educational courses from K-12. In addition I have a minor in Latin American studies from Wayne State University.
