Hi, my name is Gabriela and I'm looking for a part-time position in home care setting to use my skills as speech therapist and caregiver. While in graduate school, I worked in privet setting, providing speech therapy to a elderly lady recovering from a stroke. I worked in the San Francisco school district at an elementary school during my clinical practicum in graduate school. I also worked in a nursing home setting during my clinical fellowship year, and then worked most of my time in a hospital setting. I stopped working when my daughter was born in 2014. I've always loved working with people and find it fulfilling to help others in need. But being a mom is what I love doing the most. I need a job where I can start working after my child goes to school and I want to be home when she arrives, so I need flexible hours.
