She tried to change the price and terms at the last minute . The price she agreed to was $20 an hour above her minimum $15 . She agreed and to start today at 2pm , then she said she couldn’t start today not because something came up ; but for the first time she mentioned needing to meet my whole family and look at my place . I’m not sure if this is racial or just unprofessional
