About Frida

I am person passionate about helping others, especially the elderly since it motivates me to make a difference in their lives. I have a great affinity for the arts such as painting and sculpture, which allows me to be creative and enjoy activities that encourage reflection and self-knowledge. In addition, I always seek to learn something new, which allows me to be in constant personal and professional growth. I am a responsible person, empathetic and with communication skills, which allows me to connect effectively with others and provide the support they need especially in delicate situations such as caring for the elderly I like to be able to feel that I help older people and that my quality time comforts them, I like the feeling of doing something for others
