About Franki

Hi! I am a bubbly step mother of two kiddos in elementary school, a pet parent, and a seasoned RBT (registered behavior technician). (working with children on the spectrum 2-7) I have a passion to help fellow parents out and spending time with little ones comes naturally to me. I love to color, paint, sing, be silly, and have a passion to help kiddos navigate while validating them through big feelings. I have experience as a nanny, babysitting, and have been an RBT for 5 years. As an RBT (currently working through IPS within an elementary school) I have worked in center, in home, and in school. I am also experience in working with adults and children with special needs and behaviors for years this including seniors with and without intellectual disabilities. I have a passion and full experience assisting with the day to day needs of individuals in their homes. I am CPR/AED certified.
