I was a Psych Nurse for years, worked for the State of Missouri taking care of Special Needs youth for 11 yrs, I have raised a family and most recently took care of my mother who passed away last summer from COPD. My fave population is Hospice, it's a special responsibility to have. I have a good understanding of the basic physical and emotional needs of others. I believe in giving back when we can with compassion and empathy. There are two words to describe the level of care and professionalism regarding Ms. B's entire book of work. She is "all in" with all that was required during a very difficult and challenging time with my wife who was terminally ill. I've employed several aids and agencies during this several year journey and Frankie was best in class. She made what was the most difficult situation a family could endure, into one that allowed our loved one to pass with much dignity, respect and comfort. I would strongly recommend Frankie to care for anyone in my family and for me, that's the strongest recommendation I could give to anyone. It was such a blessing to have Frankie with us and if you're in need of a talented and caring individual, one that will provide compassionate care and be "all in", you will be blessed to include Frankie in your care plans.
