Francis has been with our family for several months now and he has been such a great help with my father-in-law (FIL) who lives with us.  Francis is very gentle, patient and kind to my FIL and takes him to all different kinds of places during the day.  He is very cautious with him and my FIL has never had a fall or accident while in Francis' care.  Francis is very experienced caring for the elderly and sometimes makes very helpful suggestions on how we can best take care of him.  He also does light housekeeping which we very much appreciate.  I would definitely recommend Francis to anyone looking for care over their loved one. 

My dad was hospitalized last year, and we hired Francis when my dad was still recuperating and needed a lot of assistance with walking/gaining strength, and activities of daily living. My dad has Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.  I truly believe Francis has been an essential part of my dad’s recuperation. As you know, with the elderly, exercise and physical therapy is so important, and Francis helped my dad with physical therapy exercises, walking, even swimming in the pool with him (just once because of the recent cold weather). My dad is doing much better now and we still have Francis come a few days a week for exercise, light housekeeping. He was there for us when we were feeling anxious and worried, so I think he will really help if you are in a similar situation.

My uncle Don’s health has recently been compromised and I was in a desperate situation to find a caregiver to help him transition from a rehab facility to his home. I contacted Francis who immediately came to my uncle’s rescue. Francis stopped by the rehab facility on his own accord to meet my uncle. Don was so pleased to meet him as Francis has such a sweet nature, anyone who meets him would have the same reaction.
 
Francis picked up groceries for Don and then drove him home from rehab. Francis could see that Don needed supplies and contacted me immediately to order what was needed. In a very stressful situation, Francis availed himself and was more than helpful in every way.
 
We communicated through texts and phone calls. Francis always informed me of Don’s progress and potential problems. Seeing that Don was relying on public transportation for dialysis, Francis suggested that he drive Don to the clinic both ways which was so helpful.
 
I highly recommend Francis to anyone looking for a reliable, good natured, caring person who goes over and above what is expected in a caretaker.

Francis has been a kind, caring and responsive caretaker for our elderly dad. He was able to take him on occasional outings and provided companionship and assistance that our dad really looked forward to. When we have had situations requiring medications be picked up and delivered he has been available to help us. I’m so very grateful for him and his ability to work with seniors who are having limitations and need someone who is patient and compassionate. I would very highly recommend him for any needs you may have for your parent. 

Francis was very professional and helpful. He is pleasant to work with and did a good job with light chores around the house and senior/hospice care.

Francis helped my father with dementia.  He works well with Seniors with dementia and understands their needs and how to handle some difficult behavior.

Francis was professional and patient with my father in law. Any needs my father in law had he was able to handle. He was very capable and if he was ever unable to come to a shift he made sure it was covered. He really was great and helped with the load of caring for my aging father in law.
