About Francisca

As a child development major at San Jose State, I am knowledgeable about early childhood/adolescent development and familiar with best practices in childhood education and children's five development domains. Coupled with my experience working with children from diverse backgrounds for the past three and a half years as an infant/toddler teacher, I feel I am a good fit for this job. I thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced environments. I am a compassionate, motivated, and hardworking professional with superb abilities and a wide range of knowledge in helping children of all backgrounds.
