I'd describe my personality as creative, silly, and caring. I enjoy working with kids because they are so pure and always bring a smile to my face. I'm looking for a job where I can help a family and bring in some supplementary income to my teacher salary. I am interested in babysitting or tutoring positions. I am in my fifth year of teaching elementary school and currently teach 3rd grade. I have a passion for teaching reading and am Orton Gillingham trained. Prior to teaching, I worked at the Child Study & Development Center in Durham for 3 years with ages ranging from toddler to preschool. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my boyfriend, friends, family and dog! One thing you should know about me is I am easy going and up for what will help you and your family best!
