Growing up, I would be paid to take care of my smaller cousins for overnight events their parents would have. I've always been surrounded by kids. Most of the time I'd take care of them for no charge because they're family. My experience doesn't amount up to a year, but I understand children from growing up around them. My experience isn't limited to childcare. All my life, we've had pets in the house. I've groomed them, played with them and taught them tricks as well as indoor manners. With pets, my unprofessional experience adds up to years. Patience is required for both children and pets. They're not gonna get everything right the first time, so lend a gentle guiding hand. P. S.
