Frances is absolutely amazing! When my regular caregiver had a last-minute conflict, I was in a real bind with back-to-back meetings I couldn’t cancel. Thankfully, Frances responded to my ad on Care.com, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She has such a warm, positive energy that my kids instantly ran to her as if she were already part of the family. She even took a moment to check in on me, which made me pause and do the same for myself. Frances seamlessly stepped in at the last minute, allowing me to focus on my meetings stress-free.
