We invited Frances for an interview and all went very well. We were very excited to have her watch our one year old. She was very friendly and energetic. Unfortunately, the morning she was supposed to officially start she did not and she stopped replying to my text messages or answering my calls. We were extremely disappointed. Luckily, we were able to find a very reliable nanny elsewhere.
