About Frances

I like caring for seniors because I like helping others, especially those that may need assistance, it brings a deep sense of purpose and satisfaction. I chose to pursue a career in caregiving following the passing of my mother. I had always anticipated being there to care for her as she aged, and although I was not granted that opportunity, I now honor her memory by providing compassionate and dedicated care to others, just as I would have for her. This profession allows me to offer not only physical support but also emotional comfort, which I believe is equally important in enhancing the quality of life for those I serve. I approach every client with patience, respect, and empathy, striving to create a safe and nurturing environment where they feel valued and heard. My skills include empathy, patience and problem solving.
