About Francesca

Hello! My name is Francesca but most people call me Frankie. I have been working in the childcare industry for 7 years now, and have loved every second of it. In the past 7 years, I have grown a deep love and passion for each child I care for. During my time watching your child, I would engage them in various outdoor activities, hands on learning experiences, and encourage them to help me with chores and household tasks. My goal is to help your child develop life skills that will in turn help the parents I work for. I am very good at enforcing boundaries and explaining rules and regulations in a way that a child can understand. This improves communication all around. If a problem occurs during the day, I will work with the parents to ensure that everything is communicated effectively, and in the parent's preferred way. I am also CPR and first-aid trained.
