About Francesca

I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing and educating young minds. I spent the first 6 months of this year living abroad as an au pair, and love working with and spending time with kids. With multiple years of experience caring for children of various ages, I'm confident in my ability to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for your little ones. I believe that every child is unique and deserves individualized care. I tailor my approach to each child's needs and interests. I'm patient, calm, and empathetic, and I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where children can thrive. I'm also an excellent communicator and believe in maintaining open and transparent communication with parents. Right now I am in law school, so I am not available all the time, but I'm happy to babysit on the weekends or on weeknights after my classes.
