About Francesca

I am Francesca , a Cal State Long Beach graduate and experienced nanny/tutor looking for caregiving opportunities in the Los Angeles area. I have over 6 years of experience working with children. I started working with preschool and elementary school children at Summer Camps and soon babysat many of the same children outside of camp. I worked my way up from assistant to supervisor at the nursery, where I learned and applied up to date child development methods and practices. For two years, I was a dance instructor at Creation Station, working with children of all ages and abilities. From then on, I have nannied and tutored for multiple families, with children (s) of all ages. Throughout my childcare experience I have upheld a professional and dependable reputation amongst families. When working with children, I prioritize creating a comfortable environment where children feel safe to explore their personal interests and engage in beneficial risk-taking behavior.
