About Francesca

I'm a college student currently majoring in nursing. I am also a part-time gymnastics instructor; working with atoddlers and preschoolers. With my patient and calm nature, I create a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. I'm also friendly and approachable, which helps me build strong relationships with both children and parents. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and send regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. I'm also flexible and follow the parents' preferred communication method. In terms of activities, I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children. I also was part of a choir for half of my life so I am also comfortable with singing
