About Francesca

I'd describe my personality as responsible, patient, creative I like working with kids because children have a unique perspective on the world, and working with them can offer opportunities for continuous learning and personal growth. Every day presents new and exciting challenges and discoveries! I started working with kids when I was in 8th grade at a daycare of 15 kids aged 3 months to 4 years old. I continued my caregiver career throughout college at another daycare with over 40 kids aged 3 months to 5 years old. I have also nannied for 4 families and have babysat for countless families. In my spare time, I like to bake/cook, graphic design, paint, make jewelry, anything artistic! My skills include patience, communication, organization
