I have been a yoga and meditation teacher for over 12 years. I have been a hospice volunteer and worked with seniors with dementia over the years, including my mother. I worked with children most of my younger adult life up until I had my own child 19 years ago. I worked with kids of all ages in varying roles- babysitter, camp counselor, para educator, soccer coach, teacher's assistant and I have taught yoga and meditation to kids as well. I love animals and have had dogs throughout my adult life. I love to walk/hike and care for people and animals to help bring more joy to them and to the world.
