About Francesca

I have 6 years of experience working as a private nanny and babysitter with children ages birth-13 yo. I previously worked as a birth doula. I also have 3 years of experience working inpatient with children as a child life assistant at Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital in NYC. Additionally, I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. One hallmark of the care I provide is excellent communication with parents and/or other caregivers. I believe it is important to understand how parents want to raise their children so I aim for a seamless transition between the care taking style of the parents and my time with the children. It is also important to me that parents feels supported and I am a helpful addition their household. I appreciate feedback and strive for open dialogue!
