About Francesca

I'm a childcare provider with three years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children to grow and learn. I believe that every child is unique and deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. I have a patient and calm personality and I'm able to connect with children on their level. I'm also goofy and love to have fun, so I know how to make children laugh and feel comfortable. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, as long as I have clear instructions from the parents on what those rules are. I love playing outdoor sports and games with children, as well as board games and puzzles. I'm also happy to help children with their homework or any other activities they may need assistance with. I believe in open communication with parents and I'm always happy to provide updates on their child's day or discuss any issues that may arise.
