We met over ice cream to discuss the needs of my position which is transportation to and from dance class. We discussed pay, hours and expectations. I explained that I was not enrolling my child in dance classes this season until I found someone who can commit to taking her and bringing her home. She agreed to the terms and took my child to two classes. She then reached out and requested $6/hr more than our agreed upon rate. When I declined she quit. In addition to being unprofessional and showing that she is unreliable, I am now on the hook for $180 worth of classes that I cannot get my daughter to. I wish I could give 0 stars
