Fonteshe assisted my 19-year-old son with special needs as his job coach when he started his new job. She was extremely interested in consulting with his head coach and how to help him prior to starting the position. Once his job started, she was there to help him navigate his few days on the job. She was attentive, kind and supportive making sure he understood all the information about his job and was patient in explaining new skills. She also took him to his favorite restaurants before and after work - which he thought was so cool. My son loved having her with him and her presence made his transition to his new job a huge success. She was exceptionally reliable, on time, responsive to communication, professional and so kind. I highly recommend Fonteshe and would absolutely hire her again.
