Flo has been taking care of my Mom now for about a year and we truly couldn't be happier with her performance. First and foremost, she s reliable and professional which we have found to be the most difficult to find in a home health care aide. Her main responsibility is wound care. My Mom has a wound vac 24/7 where the dressing and sponges need to be changed 3X a week. This MUST occur or the wound will become infected. Since Flo has been with us, there have been no incidences of infection. Another aspect of Flo s performance which we appreciate greatly is that she listens to Mom. Mom s physical handicap is pretty severe and she s a big gal but she s been in this condition for many years and knows what she is capable of. Flo diligently listens to what Mom needs from her and doesn't try to be the boss. She s on time, she communicates well and she does all of this with a pleasant, upbeat attitude. They've become fast friends and I really can t imagine what I would do without Flo. I would recommend Flo to anyone looking for a caring, earnest, hard-working individual to care for their loved one.
