About Florife
Objective Seeking a part time Nanny position with a private family. Deliver quality care to meet the physical, safety and emotional needs of children in their home. Provide parents with responsible service instilling confidence that their children are under quality care. Summary of Experience From a family of 11 children and directly responsible for bringing up my younger 3 siblings. I have raised one daughter (now 17) who is an honor student going into her senior year. I am a naturalized citizen and have been in the United States for the last 16 years. English is my primary language but I am fluent in Tagalog and Visayan (dialects in the Philippines). I have lived in Slidell since 2003. Senior Care 2013 - 2015 Provided care of my terminally ill Mother-in-law. Activities included providing meals, bathing, medications, pet care, transportation and most importantly - emotional support. Florife has lives next door to me for several years. She is a wonderful, thoughtful, and caring neighbor. To prove how grateful I am for knowing her, I broke my right foot consisting of my arch and bones breaking from the toes on top of my foot. Florife came to my rescue. For weeks and months she took care of me by taking me to doctor's appointments, delivering prescriptions to pharmacies and picking them up. Did grocery shopping, helped me in and out of the car after finding a knee caddy that I had to have to be a little mobile. She took care of my mail made necessary phone calls. She took to the surgery hospital, stayed with me and brought me home and took responsibility to ensure I followed doctors orders. She took me for tests, CT scans, EKGs, etc. She kept track of all my appts and any items I needed to do for follow-ups. She always had a beautiful smile, always in a good mood and so very very pleasant. These are the major things she did for me. But above all she is such a wonderful person and I know I can depend on her patience and caring. Florife is a very special lady.
