I have had Florencia care for my 6 month old son (my first child) for twelve hours a week for the past two months. She is simply wonderful with him. Florencia takes her job as a babysitter/ nanny seriously. She is very focused and devoted to developing a great relationship with him. She's kind and patient with him as well, and consistently follows my directions. Florencia has quite a bit of experience nannying babies and young children and is always on time and professional. I have no reservations in recommending her to other families.
