Florence is great! She’s responsible, attentive, and trustworthy. She’s great with our child; she actively engages with him on multiple types of activities from arts and crafts to running around the playground. She takes initiative and needs little to no guidance. Florence is reliable and communicative. She’s very helpful and proactive with coordinating logistics and other caregiver asks. We know our child is safe and cared for with her.
