Flor was a full time nanny for our baby 40 hours a week for 5 months, and we couldn't imagine a better nanny! She cared for our daughter from 6 months until 11 months when we had to move for unrelated reasons. In that time she managed the entire baby routine including feeding bottles and solids, nap time, playtime, coordinating with mom for breastfeeding, etc. Our baby has severe allergies and Flor was always extremely careful and paid attention to details when it came to food prep or really anything else that needed to be done. We were so impressed by Flor's ability to pick up on our routines from day 1, which was a huge help to avoid disrupting the nap schedule and generally keeping everything running smoothly. She was always on time and communicated clearly and well in advance if anything needed to change in her work schedule. In conversation with Flor, it's clear she has a TON of experience with kids across lots of ages. She paid attention to our baby's growth and found new ways to engage and help develop age appropriate skills like crawling, clapping, first words, and even beginning walking. It is clear to us that our baby loves Flor like family, and we trust her completely. If we weren't leaving the state, we would absolutely have kept Flor as our nanny long term.
