About Fiorella

I'm a Speech Therapist from Ecuador, I'm devoted childcare provider with four years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, combined with my patient and calm personality, makes me an ideal caregiver. I'm also creative and imaginative, which allows me to engage children in educational and enjoyable activities. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I provide written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls to keep them informed about their child's day. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I hold a college degree and have completed CPR training and First Aid certification. I'm also proficient in English, Sign Language (ASL), and Spanish. I love playing board games and puzzles with children, as well as educational games that promote learning and development.
