About Fiona

I am a recent graduate from Wesleyan University with a minor in Education. I have experience working with children in academic and nonacademic environments. Having tutored students in both group and individual settings, I am confident that I can not only help your child learn but also foster a love for learning. I am available for tutoring or for college application and essay guidance. My academic expertise lies in literature and writing, but I am also experienced in tutoring history, science, and math K-5. I am a very organized person and I enjoy teaching students how to approach and break down work into manageable pieces and study guides. Additionally, I can help make the college application process more attainable. We can come up with a timeline and work through each application together. Tackling the personal essay can seem daunting, but together we can brainstorm and create an essay that allows your teen to shine as a student and individual.
