About Fiona

I will be teaching first grade in the Fall but am looking for a summer position. I love kids and it is lifegiving for me to spend time with them. I'm turning 25 August 2024 and I am third of 6 kids. 5 brothers and me! I have also done a ton of babysitting being from a Catholic community with lots of families with many children. I watch my niece and nephew a lot. They're 1. 5 and 4. So I'm familiar with all ages and the range of calm to crazy family life. I'm comfortable driving, helping with housekeeping and cooking, and anything else you may need so just let me know! In my spare time, I like to do anything musical. I sing and play some piano and guitar. I minored in music so it's a passion and hobby for me. I am good at enforcing boundaries and rules with children vs just folding when they're difficult. I am good at keeping them entertained and coming up with creative things to do. I'm also good at keeping things tidy and tidying up after activities.
