With over 16 years of experience caring for children of all ages, I have developed a strong ability to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment. My passion for childcare stems from the positive experiences I had in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. My personality is patient, calm, and friendly, which allows me to easily connect with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I am always willing to discuss their child's day or any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, ensuring that they are always informed about their child's well-being. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring that children understand and follow them.
