As a creative and experienced childcare provider with 20 years in the field, I'm dedicated to supporting the healthy growth and development of children. My passion for caring for children stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of nurturing young minds and making a positive impact on their lives. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, understanding, and open communication with parents. I believe in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead and ensuring a consistent routine for the child. I am a skilled and enthusiastic playmate who enjoys a range of activities, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation and light housekeeping.
