Whoever has the opportunity to receive support from Feroza will be such a fortunate person! She faithfully and generously offered help to my mom for years, and on a daily basis, she went above and beyond what was required. She is compassionate, competent, patient, and so kind. She's dependable, always arriving on time. She is trustworthy. Her actions match her words - she follows through on what she says she will do. She has great intuition and strong problem-solving skills, often finding creative ways to tackle obstacles. She sees her clients as whole people, protecting their dignity and honoring them through finding ways to care for their physical, mental, and emotional health with integrity and empathy. She's easy to spend time with and quickly became a good friend - but that never interfered with her commitment to efficiently managing her responsibilities. As you can imagine, we miss her dearly!
