We have worked with Fernanda full time for over two years and she is amazing. She is a part of our family now. We will be so incredibly sad not to see her daily as our daughter is now attending school. She's caring, loving, reliable, and is wonderful with following schedules and setting clear boundaries with kids. She is also great with keeping our daughter engaged - we had a strict rule of no screen time during the day. She would play with her at home on some days, drive her to the park, Pretend City, We Play Loud, the Spectrum so that she could go out and interact with other kids. My daughter calls Fernanda her "best friend" - makes me cry thinking we won't see her as often. Would highly highly recommend and am happy to speak to anyone who is looking!
