Had her set to watch kids. Showed her via text multiple times that job was confirmed and the app was showing different. Called to ask her to assist with tech difficulties and I was told to cancel as she didn't want to deal with me or the issue. Was never rude just tried to help resolve so we could book with her. Obviously unreliable and not willing to problem solve. Glad I didn't put my kids in her care. No wonder she has zero reviews.
