Felicity worked for me for almost a year. On several occasions during this time Felicity was untruthful in order to get time off. On Wednesday, 29 March at 3:25 pm, one hour before her scheduled shift, Felicity left me a message stating that she had ACCEPTED ANOTHER JOB AND IT STARTED THAT DAY. I am a quadriplegic and Felicity knew that I had no replacement and that I would be by myself for several hours. This came as a total surprise to the rest of the team that she would leave without notice. This lack of professionalism has no place in the caregiver field. I suggest you read her bio very carefully. I would not rehire.
