After 4 weeks of training & pay, Felicia quit over text message on a Monday morning after asking day-of for the same day off. She explained that she didn't have the time at the moment to commit "110%." We followed up with a plan for her to drop off our house key & a some training tools the next Thursday. She unfortunately never dropped them off and never texted again. Strangest situation I've ever been in through care.
