About Felicia
I hold a PhD degree in French and have been an educator for more than 25 years with awards in teaching and as a student. I graduated summa cum laude and I am a certified NC teacher. I have taught all levels of students including college and military students. I have worked outside of the educational field building programs for the Army as well as leading various military projects. If you are serious about learning a second language from an expert, please email me. I am available to tutor conversational French, literature, phonetics, or simply help you pass a test!
