Felicia responded to a job posting for a care provider for my mother. My mother had physical limitations. My mother used a roller for balance issues, and had memory problems, dementia and was not able to verbalize very well. I only need someone 2 days per week for 13 hours. Later when we head to transition to care 24/7 care, Felicia was working over 50 hours per week. Felicia was responsible for lunch and dinner preparation, medication reminders, daily pressure readings, and wound care. For 5 weeks mom needed bandage changed daily. She would also assist me with taking my mother to any and all appointments. The beginning of 2015 I had to go out of state for two weeks and Felicia was a God-send. She arranged to get my mother to the Center and also transported back home in my absence. she arranged for a hospital bed wheelchair and lift to be delivered to the house. Felicia always treated my mother with respect, kindness and compassion.
