We hired Felicia in Feb. 2017 to care for our daughter. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Felicia. She exceeded every single expectation that we had. She was always punctual and I don't think she ever came in the door without a smile on her face. She went above and beyond what we asked of her. And most importantly, she was wonderful with our daughter. V. loves Felicia. Her face always lit up as soon as she saw her. Felicia took excellent care of her. She played with her, read to her, made sure she was napping and eating on schedule. I truly think that Felicia treated V. the way that she treats her own kids and grand kids. At our pediatrician's recommendation, we are putting V. in daycare in the fall, but will definitely miss Felicia! The family whom she works with is truly going to be fortunate.
