I believe being a nanny is a perfect balance of my passion, experience, and skills. I have a natural talent for engaging children. I enjoy identifying and nurturing their strengths in a caring, supportive way. After working with two young boys on the Autism spectrum, I was inspired to help other children of similar backgrounds. I am currently working in an Adaptive Skills Training Program mentoring special needs clients with maladaptive behaviors. My patience and compassion make me a great childcare provider.
