Felicia is a compassionate and caring person who helped my husband and I take care of my grandmother who is 85. My grandmother had a stroke and rehab told us that she would be 24/7 care because of her mental decline. With the stroke she also had behavioral changes. Even though I have worked in Hospice for nearly 10 years. Doing it alone was becoming difficult while living with her full time. Felicia helped me get that chance for the mental break I needed and I was pleased with her care.
