A Little About Me: I am a Registered Medication Technician/Certified caregiver (CNA) w/Alzheimer & dementia care with over 10 years experience . I demonstrate exceptional services to patient/residents, families, referral sources, & coworkers. I perform all personal care needs (baths, shaves, back rubs, shampoos/conditioning of hair, changing of bed linens) assist w/:dressing, grooming and assist w/toileting, all within compliance of state, federal and other applicable health care standards ( i. e. infection control, HIPPA & OSHA) Experience with sugar & acetone testing, perform skin assessments, non-sterile dressings, ice packs, & therapeutic baths, etc. Perform light meal preparation as requested, keep patients/residents living area clean, orderly & safe. I have a lifetime of experience providing companionship to my patients/residents. I am a self-starter, trustworthy, empathetic, extremely reliable, CPR certified & Covid vaccinated.
