I'm a care provider whom enjoys walking in my purpose. Being a special needs/ senior care provider isn't a job for me but my purpose in life. I take this calling very seriously. I've been blessed with the gift of empathy, compassion, and nurturing. I have 22 years of hands on experience working with citizens diagnosed with mental retardation, autism, Asperger's, dementia, physical handicaps, and bipolar disorder. These services has been provided in a private residence of the client, licensed residential facilities, and community based environments. My duties consisted of meal preparation, errands, medication monitoring/pick-up, activity therapy, companion services, home making, physician appointments, behavior support planning, transitional services, transfers, etc. I've been a Licensed Personal Care Home Provider since 1998 and a Licensed Child Care Provider since 2002. I really enjoy helping others. I'm a team player, and I'm really easy to get along with. I will always do only what's in the best interest of my client. I'm a professional, and I value good work ethics. What I love the most about what I do is seeing progress and a smile on my clients' faces.
