I have 22 years of hands on experience working with citizens diagnosed with mental retardation, autism, Asperger's, dementia, physical handicaps, and bipolar disorder. These services has been provided in a private residence of the client, licensed residential facilities, and community based environments. My duties consisted of meal preparation, errands, medication monitoring/pick-up, activity therapy, companion services, home making, physician appointments, behavior support planning, transitional services, transfers, etc. I've been a Licensed Personal Care Home Provider since 1998 and a Licensed Child Care Provider since 2002.
