About Faythe

I hold a Bachelors degree is secondary education and am currently pursuing my Masters in special education, which allows me to bring a well-rounded, compassionate approach to working with children. I have experience running a before and after school program, where I engaged with kids of all ages and facilitated fun, educational activities. In addition, I've worked as a special education paraprofessional, supporting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring they feel understood and supported. I am also a Registered Behavioral Technician, which means I have received specialized training in behavioral management techniques that foster positive, supportive interactions. I am passionate about working with children and creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing space for them to learn and grow.
