About Faylyn

My name is Faylyn and I am the second born in a family of four children. My experience with caring for children started with my two younger brothers and it comes quite naturally to me. My experience continued through high school with babysitting and children's summer programs. I have also worked with children at my church serving in children's church and the church nursery. I have also had the privilege of working at a Day Camp (kindergarten age to fifth grade) for two summers, as a counselor and as a media director. I worked as an assistant teacher at a school and gained some great skills and experience from there as well. In recent years I have been a caregiver for a woman with disabilities full time. Duties with that job have included, helping her with laundry and house work, taking her to lessons and appointments, meal prep and finding activities to do together. I love the outdoors, animals, sports and crafts!
