Love them like they're my own. Hi, I am looking for a part time caregiver position to supplement my income. I am raising my grandson, whom is 12 years old, and it is tough on Social Security. I have cared for 4 different seniors in their home. Three passed away and one needed care until her back got better from surgery. My mother was one of those, and I cared for her with Alzheimer's for the last 3 years of her life. I am very familiar with the process of preparing and administering medication. I know the procedure of bathing and help dressing as needed. I am able to do light housekeeping, meal preparation and running errands. I certainly understand that sometimes our loved ones just need companionship and a friendly face to talk and laugh with.
