About Fatma

Hello! I am an experienced Computer Science teacher with over 13 years of teaching CS experience and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Harvard University. I taught a wide range of courses, including APCS A, APCS Principles, Scratch, App Inventor, Photoshop, Precalc, and GameMaker. My expertise spans multiple programming languages and technologies, including popular languages Java, Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and more! In addition to my teaching career, I have served as an AP CS P Reader for the College Board. Beyond my teaching experience, I have tutored students of all levels and ages. My fun and friendly personality helps me connect with students easily, and my years of experience ensure that classes are engaging and enjoyable! :) I am passionate about helping students learn programming, tailoring my teaching to meet individual learning styles and goals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful family, exploring nature, and meeting new people!
